Time Zones Made Easy
Time Zones are handled by situation. When creating an event, a Host decides if it is in-person or Virtual.
In-Person
If you meet in person, Let's shows times in the event time zone, the same for everyone.
Virtual
If you meet virtually, Let's displays times in your individual time zone.
